The Ishinomaki Collection has been hand-crafted from the highest grade of Western Hemlock wood available to us. This wood is ethically sourced and was chosen for its light weight, dimensional stability and light aesthetic. 

 

Each piece of the Ishinomaki Collection is put together by a single skilled crafts person and finished with a natural oil (non-VOC) 

In addition to the natural clear finish, a few oil based colour versions are offered.

 

The products are designed for everyday use and will age over time. 

We recommend a coat of oil every 2years to preserve the wood and offer a simple instruction card for care and maintenance along with each purchase.
